Best sandwich (or bocadillo) algorithm
The change I made was making the best sandwich instead of PB & J. I designed this change for my ELL students who have not experienced PB&J but have made sandwiches before perhaps with ham or for my vegetarian students, making sandwiches with cheese or other ingredients. The reason I made this change is because there is a large Hispanic population in my area who do not make sandwiches with peanut butter and jelly and so a sandwich in general is more relevant to more students. This is relevant to teachers in areas with large diverse populations such as Latinx, Asian, etc.
