Activity Overview
This activity extends the Generate a Story lesson by asking groups of students to read a "news article" and identify what parts were written by a human and what parts by a GAN. Students then share their conclusions and discuss with the whole class.
Total Activity Time: 20 minutes

Prep:
- Print Open AI News Articles
- Create groups of 3-4 students to explore each article
Options for Differentiation
- Assign text based on student reading level. See table in Open AI News Articles with word count, age and grade level, and text complexity for each article. These characteristics are included to help teachers differentiate based on student reading interests and skills.
