Materials:
- Student worksheet: printable version
- Teacher answer key
- (optional) Glue sticks
Prep:
- Print activity worksheets (one per student)
- Cutout pictures of AI tools
- (optional) Make glue sticks available
Options for Differentiation
- Make the activity more kinesthetic as a whole class group activity
- Assign partners or small heterogeneous ability groups of 3-4 for “AI or Not AI?” activity
- Assign (as appropriate) Worksheet Version 2, which has fewer pictures to classify.
- Assign (as appropriate) only the first 6 - 10 technologies in the Student Worksheet
- Introduce the extended activities “Explore AI Journal”, which students can work on as an ongoing project once they have completed material for this or any other lesson.
